About the speaker

Justin R. Hash

Justin is a father of two daughters, the founder of The JRH Group, and the author of I’m Right Here: The Fatherhood Formula. His work with fathers starts with what it takes to show up consistently, rebuild trust, and model faith at home.

Through MotivateMe University, Justin also mentors young people in life skills, leadership, and accountability. He brings that work to churches, schools, men’s groups, and community organizations through keynotes and workshops built around practical steps attendees can use.
